Delivery & Returns

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Standard delivery usually takes 8–28 days after shipment.
VIP expedited delivery usually takes 6–14 days after shipment.
Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes order processing time plus shipping time. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days. After shipment, delivery may take 6–28 days depending on shipping method, destination, carrier handling, and local delivery conditions.
Return Conditions
For hygiene and product integrity, eligible return items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with lace uncut and all original packaging included. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Before Returning Your Item
Email service@vevolora.shop with your order number, item condition, reason for return, and clear photos if needed. Our team will review your request and provide next steps if the item qualifies.
Important Notes
Shipping delays may occur during holidays, major sales, carrier disruptions, weather events, or customs inspections. Once a package has shipped, tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take 24–72 hours to refresh.
