4. Processing & Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Total delivery time may range from 6–28 days depending on shipping method, destination, carrier handling, and local delivery conditions. Standard shipping usually takes 8–28 days, while VIP expedited shipping usually takes 6–14 days after shipment.
5. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and product integrity, eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with lace uncut and original packaging included. Please contact service@vevolora.shop before returning any item.
6. Payments
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. VEVOLORA does not store your full payment card details.
7. Promotions
Discount codes, coupons, and promotional offers may be subject to expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum order values, and non-combinable terms. Promotions cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.
