Lace, Fit & Customization
A comfortable, natural-looking fit starts with understanding lace, cap size, hairline options, and simple customization steps.
Lace styles are designed to create a softer, more realistic look.
Always check cap size and adjustable features before purchasing.
Many styles can be worn with minimal styling or customization.
How do I choose the right cap size?
Start by measuring around your head from the front hairline, behind your ears, around the nape, and back to the front. Compare your measurement with the product page size guide before ordering.
If you are between sizes, consider your comfort preference. Some customers prefer a snug fit for security, while others prefer a slightly more relaxed fit for all-day wear. Adjustable straps, combs, or elastic bands may help improve the fit depending on the style.
What is the difference between lace front and glueless wigs?
A lace front wig usually has lace along the front hairline to help create a natural-looking finish. Some lace front wigs may be styled with adhesive, while others may include adjustable features.
A glueless wig is designed to be easier to wear without traditional glue. It may include combs, adjustable straps, elastic bands, or a pre-styled hairline. For many beginners, glueless styles are more convenient for daily wear.
Do I need to customize the hairline?
Some styles are ready to wear with minimal customization, while others may look even more natural after light styling, trimming baby hairs, or adjusting the part. The amount of customization depends on your personal preference and the specific product.
If you are new to wigs, we recommend starting with beginner-friendly or glueless styles. Avoid cutting lace, bleaching knots, plucking, or applying heat until you are confident with the product and understand the return policy.
Can I cut the lace?
Yes, lace can usually be trimmed before wearing, but please do so carefully and only when you are sure you want to keep the item.
For hygiene and product condition reasons, once lace is cut, the item may no longer qualify for return or exchange. We recommend trying the wig on first without cutting the lace to confirm the fit, color, and style.
How do I make the wig look more natural?
A natural look often comes from the right fit, proper placement, gentle styling, and choosing a color close to your desired everyday look. You can also lightly blend your natural hairline when appropriate, flatten your natural hair underneath, and adjust the parting to suit your face shape.
For first-time wearers, take your time. Many wigs look more natural after they are brushed, lightly styled, and shaped around your face.
