How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, total delivery time is usually 6–28 days depending on shipping method and destination. Standard shipping usually takes 8–28 days, while VIP expedited shipping usually takes 6–14 days.
Can I return my wig?
Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with lace uncut and original packaging included. Please contact service@vevolora.shop before sending any item back.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered processing or shipment, we will do our best to help. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Why does tracking not update immediately?
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after a label is created. Carrier scans may also be delayed during weekends, holidays, weather events, or high-volume periods.
