Return Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with VEVOLORA. Please review our return conditions carefully before wearing, altering, or sending back any item.
Email us before returning any item.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Lace must remain uncut for return eligibility.
Return Eligibility
For hygiene and product integrity, eligible returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, free of odor or product residue, with lace uncut and all original packaging included.
Before You Start A Return
Please inspect your item before wearing, washing, styling, cutting lace, applying products, or making any changes. Once an item has been worn, altered, washed, styled, or has lace cut, it may no longer qualify for return.
How To Request A Return
Email service@vevolora.shop with your order number, checkout email, reason for return, product condition, and clear photos if needed. Our support team will review your request and provide next steps if the item qualifies.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to personal preference, wrong size selection, color choice, style change, or no longer wanting the item, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility. If the issue is caused by a confirmed fulfillment mistake or product problem, we will review the situation and help with the appropriate solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Items may not qualify for return if they are worn, washed, altered, damaged, scented, tangled due to use, missing packaging, missing accessories, or if lace has been cut. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
